Also find out about country-specific regulations and traffic rules if you want to take the Qeridoo with you when traveling abroad. Make sure the Qeridoo is used only by persons who are suitable to operate it as defined below. Users must have fully read and understood this user manual.
- Packaging materials and protective caps must be removed and disposed of according to the environmental guidelines applicable in your region.
- The recommended tightening torque values can be found at the following link: qeridoo.de/go/drehmomente
- All information on "Care & Maintenance" must be observed. Corrosion cannot be completely ruled out. De-icing salts can lead to stress corrosion cracking.
- Never leave the child unattended. Do not let the child play with the product. The Qeridoo is not a children's toy and must not be used as such. Accordingly, it is not permitted to attach the Qeridoo to a child's bicycle.
- Keep children away from the Qeridoo during assembly. When handling moving components, make sure you do not pinch your hands or fingers. Before first use, check that all screw and split-pin connections are firmly seated. Make sure the child is out of reach when unfolding and folding the Qeridoo to avoid injury.
- This seat unit is not suitable for children under 6 months. Always use the restraint system.
- Without a Jogger wheel, this product is not suitable for jogging or skating. The included 14'' Jogger wheel enables skating & jogging. Jogger mode and skater mode are not included in the scope of stroller certification.
- Always make sure the parking brake is engaged when placing the child in or taking the child out. Any loads attached to the push handle and/or to the rear of the backrest and/or to the sides affect the stability of the Qeridoo.
- Only assemble and use original accessories and spare parts manufactured or recommended by Qeridoo. The use of other products will result in exclusion of liability.
- Signs of wear may occur at the connection point between the bicycle frame and coupler. This is not grounds for a complaint. Do not use any tool that has previously come into contact with conventional steel. Even the smallest steel particles could cause contact corrosion.
- For operation of the back light, observe the enclosed information from the manufacturer.
- Before use, make sure the brake is functioning properly. Even when assembled correctly, the disc brake may begin to rub. Readjust the brake calipers or ask your trusted bicycle workshop for help.
DANGER!
- Before each use, make sure all locks are engaged. Also wrap the safety strap of the tow bar around the tow bar so that it does not hang down in the ready position and cannot get caught on obstacles or drag.
- Only one child may be transported in the Kidgoo 1 Pro (one-seater) and a maximum of two children in the Kidgoo 2 Pro (two-seater). They must be secured with the harness system and wear suitable clothing and a bicycle helmet. Balanced load distribution must be ensured.
- The Qeridoo must not be used after an accident! Even if no external damage is visible, the protective effect may be impaired.
- Before every ride, make sure the Qeridoo is in proper and technically perfect condition. Perform a visual inspection and pay particular attention to the section "Am I ready to go?". Also check whether the side fixation is closed and the webbings on the back of the seat are tightened.
- Always make sure the safety strap is attached before using the Qeridoo in trailer mode. Also make sure it cannot get into moving parts of the towing bicycle.
- Do not use a washer or similar part at the connection point between the bicycle frame and coupler, as this may impair the stability of the connection.
- Always make sure the parking brake foot lever audibly engages when it is operated. If it does not engage completely, the wheels are not safely locked and the Qeridoo may roll away.
