For some products we later provide a free service upgrade – an improved part, for example. You can see whether one is available for your product in your customer account.

How it works

1. Register your product. Enter your product's serial number in your customer account. We check the registration and confirm it for you.
2. Your upgrade appears. If a service upgrade is available for your registered product, it appears under My account → Service upgrade.
3. Order it free of charge. You order the part right there – at no cost, with free shipping, once per registered product.

Registered your product but you don't see an upgrade? Then none is available for it right now. As soon as that changes, it appears in your customer account automatically.
