The Kidgoo FIDLOCK impresses with clever magnetic closures that make buckling up and operating easy. For greater comfort, intuitive handling and a safe feeling on every ride.
Intended use
The Qeridoo is designed as a bike trailer and equipped with an additional Buggy Mode and Walker Mode.
The Qeridoo is intended exclusively for the private transportation of one or two children on paved paths and must not be used under competitive conditions. Additionally, luggage may be carried in the designated compartments, provided the permitted weight is observed and the luggage is safely stowed with even weight distribution. Before using the Qeridoo, check which local regulations apply and how the product may be used.
Not permitted are operation on unpaved terrain, the transport of luggage in the cabin, the transportation of animals, and
commercial use. The stated performance limits must be strictly observed and checked before each use. Children may be transported up to a maximum height of 105 cm. Only assemble and use original accessories and spare parts manufactured or recommended by Qeridoo. The use of other products, as well as any further modification carried out without the express written consent of the manufacturer, results in exclusion of liability in the event of accidents and defects.
Non-intended use
The Qeridoo must not be used for commercial purposes or under competitive conditions. Careful and attentive riding must always be ensured. This product is not suitable for jogging or skating without a jogger wheel. Jogger mode and skater mode are not included in the scope of the pushchair certification.

When using accessories, these must be deducted from the payload. The empty weight of the Qeridoo with installed accessories plus payload must not exceed the permitted total weight. According to StVZO (Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungs-Ordnung, German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations | valid in Germany), a maximum total weight of 40 kg applies to unbraked trailers.
Safety and warning instructions
WARNING!
- The safety and accident prevention regulations applicable in your region, as well as legal requirements such as the road traffic regulations, must additionally be observed and take precedence in case of doubt. Also inform yourself about country-specific regulations and traffic rules if you wish to take the Qeridoo on trips abroad. Ensure that the Qeridoo is only used by persons who are suited to operating it as defined below. Users must have read and fully understood this user manual.
- Packaging materials and protective caps must be removed and disposed of in accordance with the environmental regulations applicable in your region.

- All information on "Care & Maintenance" must be observed. Corrosion cannot be entirely excluded. De-icing salts can lead to stress corrosion cracking.
- Never leave the child unattended. Do not let the child play with the product. The Qeridoo is not a children's toy and must not be used as such. Accordingly, it is not permitted to attach the Qeridoo to a child's bicycle.
- Keep children away from the Qeridoo during assembly. When handling moving components, take care not to trap your hands and fingers. Before first use, check all screw and pin connections for secure fit. Make sure the child is out of reach when unfolding and folding the Qeridoo to avoid injuries.
- This seating unit is not suitable for children under 6 months of age. Always use the restraint system.
- This product is not suitable for jogging or skating without a jogger wheel. The included 14" jogger wheel enables skating & jogging. Jogger mode and skater mode are not included in the scope of the pushchair certification.
- Always ensure that the parking brake is applied when placing the child in and taking them out of the Qeridoo. Any loads attached to the handlebar and/or the back of the backrest and/or the sides will affect the stability of the Qeridoo.
- Only assemble and use original accessories and spare parts manufactured or recommended by Qeridoo. The use of other products results in exclusion of liability.
- Wear may occur at the connection point between the bicycle frame and the coupler. This does not constitute a reason for complaint. Do not use tools that have previously come into contact with conventional steel. Tiny steel particles could lead to contact corrosion.
- For operation of the rear light, observe the accompanying manufacturer information.
- Before use, ensure that the brake is functioning correctly. Even when assembled correctly, the disc brake may begin to rub. Readjust the brake callipers or seek assistance from your trusted bicycle workshop.
DANGER!
- Before each use, ensure that all locks are engaged. Also wrap the safety strap of the tow bar around the tow bar so that it does not hang down in the standby position and cannot catch on or drag against obstacles.
- Only one child may be transported in the one-seater and a maximum of two children in the two-seater. They must be secured using the harness system and wear appropriate clothing as well as a bicycle helmet. An even weight distribution must be maintained.
- The Qeridoo must not be used after an accident! Even if no external damage is visible, the protective function may be impaired.
- Before every ride, check that the Qeridoo is in proper and technically perfect condition. Carry out a visual inspection and pay particular attention to the section "Am I ready to go?". Also check that the side fixation is closed and the webbing straps on the back of the seat are tightened.
- Always ensure that the safety strap is attached before using the Qeridoo in trailer mode. Additionally, ensure that it cannot become caught in any moving parts of the towing bicycle.
- Do not use washers or similar at the connection point between the bicycle frame and the coupler, as this can impair the stability of the connection.
- Always ensure that the parking brake foot lever engages audibly when applied. If it does not engage fully, the wheels are not securely locked and the Qeridoo may roll away.
Care and storage instructions
Care
After each use:
- Clean the interior of the cabin.
- Watch for heavy soiling and remove it as promptly as possible.
After exposure to severe weather conditions:
- Carry out a thorough interior and exterior cleaning of the cabin.
- Treat all sliding or moving parts with silicone spray.
- Only fold the cabin when it has been cleaned and is completely dry.
- Wipe the frame and the entire cover dry.
When not in use:
- Store the Qeridoo only in locations with a storage temperature between -23 °C and a maximum of 65 °C.
- The trailer should only be stored in a dry condition.
- The storage location should be dry, well ventilated and protected from direct sunlight.
- At high storage temperatures, the wheels should be stored separately from the cabin, as the rubber of the tyres can cause odour formation.
- Use a Qeridoo folding garage if the Qeridoo must be stored outdoors.
Maintenance
Monthly (or every 200 km):
- Check the textile cover, all closures as well as the seats and safety harnesses for cracks, wear and missing parts.
- Check all frame tubes as well as all connectors and fastening components for signs of wear and damage.
- Check all screw and pin connections for secure fit.
- Clean the thru-axles of the wheels. Additionally spray the thru-axles with silicone spray.
Every six months (or every 500 km):
- Treat all sliding and moving parts with silicone spray.
- Carry out a thorough interior and exterior cleaning of the cabin.
- Check the spoke tension; it must be between 90 and 100 kg.
Every 2 years (or every 2,000 km):
- Replace the leaf springs, as they are wear parts.
Every 3 years (or every 3,000 km):
- Have a complete inspection carried out by a specialist workshop at least every three years.
Every 4 years (or every 4,000 km):
